Otan taas Petrasta mallia ja laitan eilen ostamani tuotteet tänne esille.

Kävimme eilen aika monessa kaupassa. Ihme kyllä, ihmisiä oli liikkeellä todella vähän.
Löysin ihanat nilkkurit Rizzo/Wedinsistä. Luulen, että jätän ne ostamatta, koska saamani palvelu oli taas sitä luokkaa, että tekisi mieli tehdä valitus. Myyjät juorusivat keskenään ja kun menin heiltä tiedustelemaan nilkkureiden hintaa katsoivat minua, kuin halpaa makkaraa ja vastasivat, kuin idiootti olisi heiltä tyhmiä kysellyt. Pyydän anteeksi Rizzon Aleksin myyjitä, että tulin vaivanneeksi heitä. Liike on ilmeisesti tarkoitettu rikkaille ja kuninkaallisille, eikä tällaiselle köyhälle tavalliselle ihmiselle.

Tässä nyt kuitenkin ostamani tuotteet. Nämä löysin kaikki Modasta, jossa oli erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Meikit Analasta..

Pikku Myyn piparit

Näitä pipareita olen leiponut jo vuosia onnistuneesti. Löysin onneksi lopulta reseptin ja paistoin satsin pipareita eilen. Annos on kohtalaisen pieni, joten tuplasin sen.

Pikku Myyn piparit

1dl sokeria

1dl siirappia

125g voita

2tl kanelia

2tl inkivääriä

2tl pomeranssinkuorta

1tl neilikkaa

1tl maustepipuria

1/2tl suolaa

1 kananmuna

1tl ruokasoodaa

5dl karkeita vehnäjauhoja

Mittaa kattilaan sokeri, siirappi, voi ja kaikki mausteet.

Kuumenna seos kiehuvaksi, hämmennä välillä ja jäähdytä.

Vatkaa sekaan muna, Sekoita jauhoihin sooda.

Lisää jauhoseos siirappiseokseen hyvin sekoittaen.

Pane taikina kelmulla peitettynä jääkaappiin maustumaan ja leivo vasta seuraavana päivänä. Kaaviloi taikina levyksi, josta otat muotilla haluamasi mallisia pipareita. Paista 200-asteessa 5-7 min tai kunnes piparit ovat kauniin ruskeita.

Decorating the Christmas tree

Today after Sirpa and Heli left we went to buy a Christmas tree in front of Valtsu. Our tree is really beautiful.

Gingerbread Tuesday

Last night it snowed for first time in a very long time. It feld like Christmas. I had just wrapped up some Christmas presents.
I did some Christmas shopping yesterday and I managed to find almost everything.

Today my aunt Sirpa is coming for a visit. I'm also planning to bake gingerbreads and buy a Christmas tree. I hope they are selling trees in front of Valtsu today as well.
