Bang, bang
Alkaa huumorintaju loppua näiden aamuöisten heräämisten takia.
Olimme perjantaina katsomassa uutta asuntoa, mutta totesimme, että uuden ostaminen ei nyt ole ajankohtaista. Nyt, juuri tällä hetkellä on sellainen olo, että se olisi hyvin ajankohtaista. Kyseisessä asunnossa ei olisi ainakaan tarvinnut heräillä yläkerran aamuöisten pano-orgioiden takia.
Miten vaikea on tajuta, että tässä talossa kuuluu kaikki äänet niin hemmetin hyvin? Miksi on pakko naida aina keskellä yötä?

Sex And The City
Tänään kävimme katsomassa Sex And The City elokuvan. En odottanut elokuvalta paljoa, vaikka SATC on yksi kaikkien aikojen lempisarjoistani, jota tulee edelleen silloin tällöin katsottua DVD:ltä.
Elokuva oli kuitenkin erittäin viihdyttävä. Mielestäni jossain määrin pinnallisempi, eikä ihan niin hauska ja älykäs kuin sarja aikanaan. Se kuitenkin nauratti ja lähes itkettikin sopivasti. Loppu oli sellainen, kuin pitikin. Kannatti katsoa ja eiköhän se tule vielä sitten ostettuakin, kun vaan ilmestyy DVD:lle.

Helsinki Day Spa
Today I enjoyed from two relaxing spa treatments. First was 45 minutes of Helsinki Day Spa Head Massage, which included neck, shoulder and head massage. Then I had 60 minutes of Helsinki Day Spa Facial. It was a pampering treatment, based on aromatherapy. The treatment included a welcome massage, a cleansing, a peeling, a facial massage, a face mask and home treatment consultation. Thanks to my friends and Chris who gave me this spa treatment as birthday present. It was so relaxing. I really enjoyed it a lot.
Yesterday I visited doctor again. He was glad that I'm feeling better and that I've got things planned for the future. Yesterday I also found out that my Chinese course went well. I'm really starting to feel well again. We also have a great weather here. Tomorrow should be another sunny and warm day with +27 C.

Puutarhatöissä
Tänään olin lähes koko päivän pihalla. Istutin kukkia ja rakensin yhden uuden kukkapenkin, sekä modifioin toista.
Pystytimme jo eilen uuden katoksen pihalle. Sillä tulee tänä kesänä olemaan käyttöä.
Päivä meni rentoutuessa pihalla ja siihenhän tässä pyritään. Siis rentoutumiseen.

A real lucky cat: Cat helps debt-strapped Japanese train

TOKYO - A money-losing Japanese train company has found the purr-fect mascot to draw crowds and bring back business — tabby Tama.
All the 9-year-old female cat has to do is sit by the entrance of western Japan's Kishi Station, wearing a black uniform cap and posing for photos for the tourists who are now flocking in from across the nation.
Her job makes cultural sense in Japan, where cats are considered good luck and are believed to bring in business.
Tama has done such a good job of raising revenue for the troubled Kishikawa train line that she was recently promoted to "super-station-master."
"She never complains, even though passengers touch her all over the place. She is an amazing cat. She has patience and charisma," said Wakayama Electric Railway Co. spokeswoman Yoshiko Yamaki. "She is the perfect station master."

People have been snatching up novelty goods — postcards, notebooks and erasers — bearing Tama's photos.
The cat had been about to lose her place to live, with the nearby store where she was raised being torn down. Now, the station is home.
The Kishikawa line had been losing $4.9 million a year as passenger numbers fell steadily to as low as about 5,000 a day, or some 1.9 million a year.
After Tama's appointment last year passenger numbers have risen by 10 percent to about 2.1 million a year.
In December Tama was rewarded with bonus pay — all in cat food.
