On Wednesday then we had breakfast in the garden as the weather was wonderful. It was clear that the day was going to be very hot. We had planned to go wandering to the Alps but it would have been too hot day for that. So we decided to go biking instead. Uta drove with us half way and continued then to Augsburg. Our destination was Bad Wörishofen. A town famous for it's spas. It is very popular among the old people and it was full of older women and men enjoying the lovely August day. I did see some younger people but there were only maybe a handful of them.
We had coffee, ice cream and cake there and the headed back. On the way back we visited Heinz's daughter and her family. They have a lovely house in the country side. The scenery was so beautiful all the way but it was very hot. We drove all together 44 kilometers that day.
At home we had light dinner with lot of tasty cheese, sausages, potato salad, tzatziki, bread and of course with German beer or more specific a beer from Kaufbeuren.
