CSR

It's been a hectic week at work and with studies. I just finished my second assignment in "sustainable development and social responsibility" course. I wrote about the corporate social responsibility (CSR). It is a very interesting and current issue these days.

It is about many things including human rights and work environment of the people working in third world countries.
We are then buying the products and that way supporting the big rich global companies that take advantage of cheap labor in very poor countries. That is a big issue that should really be discussed openly about. People need to be aware about things going on in the world today. There are things happening that no one could even think of.

On the other hand it's about the safety of the products and it is about our work environment and work satisfaction.
