The city is almost completely dead. The only people in Helsinki at the moment are the tourists. We walked through the downtown looking for a restaurant. Almost every restaurant was closed. If you are not from Finland and wondering where everyone is, I can tell you they are either in their summer cabins in the countryside or they have fled the country.
Still, I find this warm, sunny and quiet city to have at the moment, its' very own unique wibe. Helsinki is definitely prettiest in the summer time.
