Parts of Bond 22 will be filmed in Bregenz, western Austria, on the edge of Lake Constance, Swiss production company Unicorn Media said.

The company is recruiting 1,500 extras for opera scenes set on a floating theater.

They have definitely picked up a great setting for the new Bond. Last summer I was in Bregenz and saw the opera Tosca. It's was the best opera I've ever seen or heard. Very impressive, very emotional. They are presenting Tosca this year too and next year they have a new opera.

They have also filmed the new Bond film in lake Garda, Lago di Garda. This summer we are possibly heading also to lake Garda and definitely to lake Constance (Bodensee). It's so beautiful there with the Alps and everything.

Summer is coming!

So nice it's Friday. Vappu really made the week shorter. Today has been pretty warm day. Tomorrow is going to be a warm day too. Unfortunately I have to study on weekend. The last exams and last assignment. It's almost over.

Kuplivaa vappu!

Happy Walpurgis!

In Schweden und Finnland finden in der Walpurgisnacht die größten Studentenfeste des Jahres statt, Vappu in Finnland und Valborg in Schweden, wobei ähnlich wie in Deutschland um ein Maifeuer herum viel gesungen, gelacht und getrunken wird.



Vappuherkut on syöty tältä päivältä. Grillasimme pihalla ja nautimme lämpimästä vappu aatosta.

Eilen laittaessani kukkapenkkiä kesäkuntoon jokin ötökkä puraisi minua nilkasta. Tänään nilkka on turvonnut ja se tuntuu todella inhottavalta. Turvotus on iltaa kohden vaan pahentunut. Toivottavasti nilkka on huomenna parempi.

Nyt se näyttää aika pahalta. Täytyy varmaan laittaa päälle jääpussi.

Good hair day

Tukka takana elämä edessä. Ehkä paremminkin: Tukka hyvin kaikki hyvin.

Kampaajalla olin ja olen hyvin, hyvin tyytyväinen! :0) Kampaajani perustaa oman liikkeen legendaariselle Lapinlahdenkadulle. Kampaamon nimeksi tulee Flow 21. Seuraava käynti onkin sitten vasta avattuun liikkeeseen kesäkuussa. En malta odottaa!

Mitä tehtiin?

Värjättiin hiusten alaosa ruskealla, päälle laitettiin joitakin raitoja samalla värillä ja tyvi värjättiin vaalealla. Leikattiin otsista ja kerrostettiin sivuilta. Leikattiin myös kuivia latvoja poijes.

Keväinen keskiviikko

Aika on taas vierähtänyt nopiasti ja ollaan jo keskiviikossa. Blogia ei ole tullut pahemmin päiviteltyä. On ollut kai sitten niin kauhia kiire.

No onhan tässä tekemistä riittänyt. Tänään yksi tuskan parahdus vähemmän. Tentin liiketalouden kvantitatiiviset tutkimusmenetelmät juuri. Ei tullut kovin paljon luettua, kun piti tehdä muita opiskeluhommia. En usko, että ihan hirveän hyvin meni tentti. Sillä on onneksi vaikutusta vain yksi numero ylös tai alas. Pääpaino on tehtävillä ja ne on menneet ihan jees. Toivotaan että meni läpi, muuten se on taas edessä tentin muodossa ensi syksynä.
Enpä nyt jaksa sitä sen enempää stressata. Vatsahaavan tässä muuten saa.

Päätä on taas särkenyt, tänään jo kolmas päivä menossa. Ei mitään ihan hirveää särkyä, mutta semmosta jomotusta, joka pidemmän päälle alkanut v*****aa. Toivottavasti herään huomenna ilman särkyä.

Loppuviikon ohjelma on seuraavanlainen:

Huomenna töiden jälkeen kvantitatiivisen tehtävän vääntämistä (toka vika tehtävä) JEAH!
Perjantaina kampaaja ja manikyyri, jos ehdin käyn katsomassa kaupungin antimia.
Lauantaina Christianin vanhempien ja siskon yhteissynttäribileet.
Sunnuntaina opiskelua.

Maanantaina ilmestyy ensi syksyn lukujärjestys. Sitä odotan, kuin kuuta nousevaa. Voiko ihminen olla oikeasti näin innoissaan opiskelusta?! Odotan jännityksella mitä kursseja on tarjolla. Koulun alku ei tunnu tällä kertaa yhtään niin raskaalta, kuin aiemmilla kerroilla.



Maanantaina on myös työharjoitteluinfo. Sinne pitäisi siis ehtiä.

Ensi viikolla on Wappu. Täytyy muistaa ostaa simaa ja tippaleipiä.

Making plans for summer

My thoughts are already in summer and in our holiday. I hope that I can have my holiday as we have planned. Chris only has two weeks holidays and he can't really choose the dates.

What we have planned is to first fly to Munich and stay at Thea's in Kaufbeuren and then make a small Europe sightseeing with car. Everything is pretty close by so it's easy to drive for instance to France, Switzerland, Italy or Austria. That is pretty much what we have in mind. I've planned first optional route. It can still change many times before our holiday. Planning the trip is part of the fun.

77 minuuttia ja 6 sekuntia

takana ja onneksi. En lopussa enää tiennyt miten päin olisin. Christiankin alkoi kypsyä. Hän luuli, että katson You Tubesta jotain pilapätkää, mutta tosiasiassa kuuntelin luentoa Japanin politiikasta. Aihe ihan jees, mutta esityksessä toivomisen varaa. Miksi ihminen, joka puhuu englantia jyväskylän murteella, japanilaisella twistillä laitetaan ylipäätään pitämään luentoa englanniksi. MIKSI?! OI MIKSI?
Tämä oli toinen luento, jota oli ihan hemmetin vaikea seurata, kun ei tahtonut saada puheesta selvää. Jos pitää olla luennot englanniksi niin ne voisi pitää ihminen, joka sitä osaa jossain määrin puhua.

Muutamat luennot vielä jäljellä. En tiedä ehdinkö kuunnella ne kaikki. Voi olla, että perjantain tentti jää välistä.

Huomenna pitää raahautua opinahjoon "pakolliselle" luennolle. Ei se pakollinen ole, mutta se korvaa yhden tehtävän, joten sinne pitää mennä vaikka ryömien.

Nyt rentoudun kirjan parissa. Kävin tänään kirjastossa ja lainasin pari viihteellistä kirjaa ja pari matkaopasta. Millonkohan mun kesäloma on? Olis kiva pikku hiljaa tietää..

A Sunny Saturday

It has been a beautiful spring day today. I spend four hours in the garden raking. Now my back aches and my arms are sore. I managed to rake the whole garden and it's now ready for the spring.

I also planted some flowers and herbs. The rest of the evening I'm just going to take it easy. Tomorrow Teija, Tommi and Nea are visiting us. I have also planned to study a bit tomorrow.

A Cat Workout Program

Cat fitness really can be fun. However, it is important to start any fitness program only when you feel like it. Don't let a few extra pounds intimidate you into becoming more active. The most important aspect of fitness is: when to start the program. The best time is at about 2 a.m. The house is quiet; there are no distractions. The warm-up is critical. Cats are experts at stretching, so this won't be a problem. Start with a few wind sprints, full speed, toenails clicking on the tile or linoleum floors. A few low but loud growls will help you feel charged up.

Now it is time to add some eye-paw coordination work. Find a marble (the big steelies work even better) and roll that down the floor as the sprints continue. See how many times you can ricochet it off the wallboards before it disappears under the fridge. Finally, work on that upper body strength. Climbing is a great exercise. Use draperies, macramé plant hangers, or clothing on hangers. You can even find some carpeting on some basement walls. Backs of chairs work well, too.

Now put it all together. A speed sprint to the end of the hall! A race around the living room! Leap to the back of the rocking chair! Let the rebound launch you to the top of the swinging planter! Rock that baby! Feel those muscles work. Just as the hook pulls loose from the ceiling, dash to the bedroom and dive under the covers. Establish your alibi just in time to hear the crash of the plant to the floor below.

Hämmästyttää kummastuttaa

pientä kulkijaa. Taas kerran. Fiilikset on kuin viime syksynä eli erittäin kypsät ja turhautuneet. Sanat ei riitä kuvaamaan tätä.

Onneksi viikonloppu jo häämöttää. Tervanjuontia jäljellä enää kaksi päivää. Yritän saada itseni jäljellä oleviksi kuukausiksi mielentilaan, jossa kaikki on yhdentekevää. Se on ainoa keino, jolla on mahdollista jaksaa päivittäiset kahdeksan tuntia. Aiempaa postaukseeni toimiva työyhteisö viitaten. Ei toimi. Ei vaikka kuinka potkisi. Se joka väittää muuta on joko tyhmä tai sokea.

Nyt hyvää yötä. Vetäydyn meditoimaan tätä olotilaa pois.

Jottei nyt ihan jäisi paha maku suuhun, niin pitänee keksiä tähän loppuun jotain kivaa. Saimme auton, joka toivottavasti kestää vielä jonkin aikaa ajokunnossa. Tänään oli luento, joka oli jees ja näin taas pitkästä aikaa kivoja ihmisiä koululla. Viikonloppu tulossa, vaikka huominen ja perjantai meneekin opiskellessa. Viikonloppuna on vähän aikaa myös rentoutumiselle ja ehkä puutarhahommille. Nyt nautinnolliset hetket hyvän kirjan parissa ja sitten nukkumaan ihanan miehen ja suloisten kissojen kanssa. Jo alkaa hymyilyttää.
