My new hair color
I have again colored my hair. Last time the color fainted pretty quickly. I used the same color, but this time I didn't put any highlights. Yesterday my mom cut my hair and it's a bit shorter now.
We are soon off to Jani and Kati. We have been invited over for a dinner.
Today I have been doing assignments and tomorrow I have to continue. I have pretty much to do as I'm not able to go on Tuesday to classes. I have two classes at the same time. I have to do reports for this other class that I'm not attending. Next week I have intensive Chinese business course every day.

Honeymoon!
We have finally bought our flights to our honeymoon in January!
We are staying in Singapore and spending time also in Malaysia and perhaps in Indonesia too. Our dream has many years been to go somewhere warm when it's dark and freezing here.

September 23 this year marks an unfortunate milestone: the day humanity will have used all the resources nature will generate this year, according to Global Footprint Network data. Earth Overshoot Day marks the day when humanity beings living beyond its ecological means. Beyond that day, we move into the ecological equivalent of deficit spending, utilizing resources at a rate faster than what the planet can regenerate in a calendar year.
Globally, we now now require the equivalent of 1.4 planets to support our lifestyles. But of course, we only have one Earth. The result is that our supply of natural resources -- like trees and fish -- continues to shrink, while our waste, primarily carbon dioxide, accumulates.

Ensi viikkoa odotellessa
Viimeiset tunnit viikonlopusta ovat menossa ja ensi viikkoa odotellaan.
Viikonloppu meni aika pitkälle rentoutuessa. Olin lauantaina Sellossa naapurin Elinan kanssa. Tein jopa yhden hankinnan, joka oli sähkönsininen hartiahuivi Indiskasta. Sen pitäisi sopia hyvin uuden takkini kanssa. Shoppailun lomassa nautimme oluet ja nacho lautasen. Teimme illalla yhdessä ruokaa eli mehevät pihvit ja ihanan herkullista katkarapu-homejuusto-rypälesalaattia sekä kelpo punaviinia. Jälkkäriksi oli vielä jäätelöä kuorutettuna murskatulla Daimilla ja Bailleysilla. Äärimmäisen herkullista.
Tänään meillä oli vieraita Ruotsista, kun Tanja, Elina ja pikku Aino olivat kylässä. Illallista söimme Christianin vanhemmilla.
Ensi viikolla on luvassa opiskelua, elokuvaa ja lauantaina illallinen ystävien luona.
Olemme muuten päättäneet, että tänä vuonna Halloween bileissämme on teema. Kutsut ovat työn alla ja yritämme lähettää ne pikaisesti.

Tv-lupatarkastaja-kirous
Meitä vainoaa tv-lupatarkastaja jo kolmatta päivää tällä viikolla. Tai meillä erittäin vahva epäilys siitä, että hän on tv-lupatarkastaja. Oveahan emme ole avanneet (TIETENKÄÄN!). Tänä iltana hän soitti ovikelloa ensin klo 18.10 ja sitten klo 20.15. Siis premium aikaan.
Hyvä herra tv-lupatarkastaja jätä meidät rauhaan. Uskontomme kieltää tv:n katselun ja nuo kaksi vaatimatonta vastaanotinta ovat vain viattomia sisustuselementtejä.

Mung-pavun ituja
1. Tofu kuutioidaan mukavan kokoisiksi paloiksi
2. Sienet (herkkusienet / siitakesienet / kanttarellit) paistetaan ja maustetaan suolalla ja mustapippurilla. Käytin tällä kertaa herkkusieniä. Paistoin sienten kanssa mung-pavun idut.
3. Sipuli pilkotaan ja muut salaatti ainekset laitetaan kulhoon. Sienet ja idut laitetaan mukaan, kun ovat jäähtyneet.
Terveellistä ja maittavaa!
Maittava piiras
Taikinaan:
2 kananmunaa
2 dl sokeria
1 tl vaniljasokeria
3,5 dl vehnäjauhoja
1,5 tl leivinjauhetta
1,5 dl maitoa
150 g sulatettua margariinia
Päälle:
n. kaksi pussia pakaste mustikoita ja vadelmia tai muita marjoa, myös omena käy.
1. Sekoita keskenään munat, sokeri ja vaniljasokeri
2. Lisää joukkoo loput aineet. Jauhot ja leivinjauhe pitää olle yhdistettynä ja hyvin sekoitettuna keskenään.
3. Kaada taikina korppujauhotettuun vuokaan, joka on n. 27 cm halkaisijaltaan
4. Paista 200 asteessa n. puoli tuntia
