Making sushi

Today I have been relaxing by making gourmé food.

I started with some sushi.



Boiling the rice is the most important thing, when making sushi, the rice must be cooked right.











For making and eating makisushi one needs: Japanese rice vinegar, nori=dried sea weed, gari= sweet pickeled ginger, rice, wasabi paste and...





avocado, salmon, fish eggs, mango (fresh is the best, if you can get it), cucumber...








The rice is cooked and chilled. The rice vinegar, salt and sugar are added. The avocado, mango, cucumber and salmon are sliced. There is a cup of water to wet your finger so that the rice won't stick too much...





The rice is spread. A small amont of wasabi is used on top of the rice to give a little kick to it.






The filling is added.








Use a little water to glue the nori roll.








Roll it.








Cut the roll.









Serve it and
