*Today, more than 13 million Slurpee drinks are consumed every month.



*The world titleholder, customers in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada consume more Slurpee beverages than anywhere else on Earth.

*7-Eleven created a special spoon-straw so slurpers wouldn't miss the last drop of their Slurpee drinks.



*More than 40 percent of all Slurpee drinks are sold during the sunny summer months of June, July and August.

*Enough Slurpee drinks are sold each year to fill up 12 Olympic swimming pools.
